    Sooo football index takes my money after I put 8k in and then suspended my account, I show proof of ID and yet my account is still suspended... sort yourselves out FI!

    I had brought 2x Salem al dawsari this morning, not so long ago, and they don't seem to have appear in my portfolio, and when I click on to seel it says that I don't own any, but its come up in my transactions that I've brought them.

    Bought £500 of shares, account locked pending verification. Submitted my documents THREE TIMES within the past 5 days and had no response. Deeply concerned as I am unable to trade my position. Very poor customer service.
